About the role:
 
Reporting to the Manager, Operating Excellence, the Specialist, Change ERP Modernization is responsible for the execution of organization change management (OCM) activities for the ERP Implementation Program. This role will lead OCM efforts for the Materials, Warehousing and Inventory functions – including delivering operational readiness, change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, training, and communication strategies.

This position requires an organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

In this role you will:

  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
  • Act as the primary OCM contact for Materials, Warehousing and Inventory teams throughout the ERP transition from AX to SAP
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and operational readiness strategies
  • Create and execute tailored communications, engagement activities, and end-user training support
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop role-based training materials specific to Materials, Warehousing and Inventory functions
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and end-user testing for impacted employees
  • Facilitate feedback loops to surface and address user concerns early in the transition and ease post go-live adoption
  • Support go-live hyper care and post-implementation stabilization to ensure smooth adoption and sustained business performance

Requirements:

  • Background or experience in Materials, Warehousing and Inventory
  • Experience in change and transformation projects
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (ex. Prosci, ADKAR) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
Salary: $99,440 / year 

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
