To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams without direct authority. The ideal candidate can effectively balance multiple priorities, thriving in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments. They demonstrate a high attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Join us in the breathtaking Elk Valley of British Columbia. Here you will find outdoor adventure at your fingertips. Whether it's biking and skiing, or the laid-back atmosphere of fishing and hiking, there is something for everyone! Working a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, come experience what work life balance is all about!

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Environmental Management System (EMS) processes, ensuring alignment with HSEC&HR standards

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HSEC&HR standards by translating requirements into practical processes, tools, and tracking mechanisms that enable consistent execution

  • Identify systemic gaps and recurring issues through data and performance reviews, and work with teams to implement sustainable solutions,

  • Influence and partner with asset teams to adopt practical processes that strengthen alignment, tracking, accountability, and environmental performance

  • Own QA/QC of environmental performance data across systems (e.g., Excel, GSD, SiteLine, Power BI), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity

  • Maintain and continuously improve environmental performance systems, databases, and dashboards

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear trend analysis and actionable insights to inform decisions

  • Lead and support environmental incident investigations, including root cause analysis (5-Why, ICAM progression)
