Rhovan - Works Manager

To define/set the long- and short-term Vanadium Production and Safety strategy to establish the framework for an entire plant in support of the achievement of the overall Group Safety and Production strategy.
To oversee Vanadium Production Management form mining to processing plant (production, engineering processes/implementation) in support of the achievement of production strategy, targets and volumes as well as legal compliance.
To set and manage the Capital Planning and overall Plant budget and cost control in order to ensure efficient use of all available resources.
To oversee project development and implementation including the identification of projects opportunities in support of sustainable operations and continuous improvement.
To fulfil the Plant HSEQC (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Community) representative role and ensure compliance with all HSEQC policies, MHSA requirements, licensing, procedures, risk management and appointments in support of legal compliance, the prevention of injuries and business interruption
To lead and manage the plant operational management team in support of the optimization of Human Resources/ delivery of the strategy.
To manage resources (raw materials, spares etc.) to ensure adequate flow of required materials in support of production continuity.
To oversee the maintenance and improvement of plant secondary infrastructure in support of continued plant operations.
To plan and execute projects related to mine and processing operation
To actively assist in third party commitments and requirements including community and government bodies
To actively participate in research and development to enhance Vanadium processing and related products through new technology and innovation
