Clerk Snr – Fixed Term Contract

 In this role you will be responsible for:

• Effective maintenance administration support services to mining / engineering department
• Effective administration of necessary systems
• Generate PR’s, PM Orders, service entry sheets and notification forms
• Compiling SAP tracking reports on outstanding purchase requisitions / orders and follow ups

About you:

• Grade 12
• SAP Maintenance qualification will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite, Project, and SAP)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet daily and monthly deadlines
