Rhovan - Superintendent Instrumentation (D3)

Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of staff involved in Information Technology, and instrumentation installations, maintenance and repair.
Responsible for managing all strategies, targets and actions to achieve overall operational excellence of the plant, within the Instrumentation Department.
Developing and ensuring adherence to Plant maintenance strategy.
Implementation and sustaining of all standards.
Identification and execution of Project/s to optimize Plant performance.
Responsible for Instrumentation, operation of control systems and provides required support to entire plant.
Ensure Maintenance management of control systems meets required specifications.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Oversee all Projects design and implementation; therefore, and,
Ensure financial, budget and capital compliance of operational functions.
