Artisan (Millwright) - Internal and External Advert

In this role you will be responsible for:
•    The breakdowns and planned maintenance of all the Sandvik Bolters and Drill Rigs (Sandvik DD211, DD210, DS211 and DS210)
•    Completing planned maintenance, breakdowns, and project related work
•    The position will provide specialist maintenance support to the mine for the achievement of the production
•    Above average and effective care and maintenance of all equipment within the specific area of responsibility

About you:
•    Grade 12
•    Relevant Trade Certificate
•    Full N2 Certificate including relevant trade theory
•    Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) / SETA statement of results / Learnership agreement in support of the trade
•    Technical experience on Sandvik Rigs and Bolters (Sandvik DD211, DD210, DS211 and DS210)
•    Technical knowledge of drifter maintenance
•    Medical fit to work underground
•    Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in a mining environment as an Artisan (Millwright)
•    Valid driver’s licence and own transport
