HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the General Foreman - Maintenance, ou will have the opportunity to help manage maintenance operations for mining equipment and surface service equipment. Your primary duties will be:

  • Supervising and supporting the planning team, which consists of planners, schedulers, clerks, and advisors.
  • Develop annual maintenance forecasts and determine the human and material resources required to fulfill the production plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Raglan Mine’s health and safety standards, applicable environmental regulations, and the implementation of appropriate work procedures and methods (MAT).
  • Oversee the planning of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for equipment to ensure optimal availability while meeting scheduled deadlines.
  • Plan and manage major shutdowns.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the sector’s development.
  • Manage the commissioning of new equipment and the removal of equipment from the mine site.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • College diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related discipline, combined with five (5) years of experience in planning, in addition to relevant experience in supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP and CATBase.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Working knowledge of English (asset).
