HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the chief – risk management, you will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the Raglan Mine risk management program, which is designed to help the company achieve its objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with all departments at Mine Raglan to improve the organization’s risk management, particularly in relation to health and safety, the environment, the achievement of financial objectives, reputational and legal issues, etc.
  • Maintain the risk register, identify critical controls, and propose verification activities to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Analyze trends impacting risk management and issue recommendations.
  • Participate in ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and in implementing new processes.
  • Plan and support the sectors during external audits.
  • Train the sectors and provide direct support to managers in their decision-making process.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, business administration or any other relevant field.
  • Possess significant experience in a mining and / or industrial environment.
  • Any experience in workplace health and safety, environmental risk management systems (ISO 14001), or other management systems will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
