HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

 

Reporting to the Superintendent – Maintenance, Logistics and Port operations you will have the opportunity to run the day-to-day operations of the mine site's main warehouse and various outlying storage sites. Your main duties will be:

  • Supervise a warehouse team and the inventory management team on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, shipping, transportation and distribution of materials at the mine site.
  • Manage the optimization of material storage and inventories.
  • Transmit requests for air, sea and land transport in order to maintain an accessible inventory at all times.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

 

  • College diploma in administration, transportation logistics or a related field, combined with a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a first-line supervisor and/or as a warehouse and/or logistics professional.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, of transport by sea, land or air, as well as regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Computer skills in SAP and Coupa.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
