HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator – Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to plan major shutdown work for the concentrator sector. Your primary duties will be:
- Planning and coordinating work to be carried out during routine operations or major shutdowns, while ensuring the availability of the necessary workforce, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Establish the schedule for maintenance and repair work for the concentrator sector.
- Make the necessary purchases and oversee tracking, receipt, and compliance to ensure the smooth execution of the work.
- Maintain regular communication with external clients, from the start of the project through the post-event review.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with schedules, company standards for prevention, environmental standards, as well as appropriate work methods (AWM) and procedures.
- Improve and develop tools to facilitate the planning and scheduling of work.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in industrial maintenance technology or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Have experience in industrial settings, including five (5) years of relevant experience in planning and maintenance.
- Be familiar with planning tools (CMMS), the Office suite, MS Project, and SAP.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Functional English is an important asset.
