HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD 

Reporting to the Superintendent of Maintenance, Logistics, and Port Operations, you will have the opportunity to oversee the strategic management of inventory for the mining site. You will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and organizing the various activities related to optimizing and reducing inventory.  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Implement inventory management processes by continuously analyzing inventory levels to ensure a balance between customer needs, storage capacity, transportation methods, and costs.
  • Manage various projects related to inventory optimization.
  • Develop action plans for inventory optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory management dashboards.
  • Supervise inventory analysts and the data catalog technician. 

PROFILE REQUIRED 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations and logistics management, or another relevant field.
  • Have relevant experience in inventory management.
  • Be proficient in the SAP enterprise resource planning system, Coupa, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
