TRAINING TECHNICIAN

(1 TEMPORARY POSITION – 20 months)

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Training Supervisor - Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance verification process for all personnel assigned to the Raglan Mine. Your primary duties will include:

  • Processing new hire applications and assessing training, licensing, and permit requirements based on the position.
  • Provide pre-arrival information to new hires.
  • Plan internal training based on each employee’s specific needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of training and professional qualifications.
  • Monitor compliance for all personnel required to work at the mine site.
  • Create and update contractor employee records in SAP.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • A vocational diploma in secretarial studies or a related field, combined with two (2) years of experience in mining sector training. A college diploma in administration may also be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Isovision, and Cognibox.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
