HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Superintendent of Mining Operations, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and balancing work schedules by job category and mine, while staying within budget, optimizing production output.
- Updating and managing work schedules following any changes.
- Review, plan, and allocate annual leave for workers and supervisors, while keeping the annual leave tracking system up to date.
- Manage training planning according to the department’s needs.
- Produce various reports for the mining operations department.
- Support operations in developing appropriate work methods (MATs), procedures, inspection documents, and training materials.
- Perform various tasks to support managers, such as drafting documents, data entry, tracking in SAP, and following up with different departments.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- College diploma (DEC) in administrative and management technology. Sufficient experience combined with a vocational diploma (DEP) may satisfy this requirement.
- Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Working knowledge of English is an asset.
