HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Operations Supervisors and working in a safe, unique, and motivating environment, you will operate highly complex and automated equipment. Your primary duties will be:

  • Operating and monitoring all equipment in the following industry sectors: grinding and crushing, flotation, dehydration (filters, thickeners and drying) as well as preparing reagents, including the water treatment station.
  • Ensure that the concentrator's quality and quantity objectives are met.
  • Make operational decisions and take action quickly.
  • To place importance and commitment to health and safety according to Raglan Mine standards.
  • Analyze data and situations to identify the best strategies to adopt.
