HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to surface services supervisors, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique and motivating environment. Your main duties will be :

  • Operate cranes over 140 tons.
  • Operate a Hyab platform truck.
  • Operate various types of 12-wheel trucks, semi-trailers, and various types of heavy mobile equipment.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment in accordance with current regulations.
  • Follow up on component maintenance work in collaboration with supervisors.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials at the mining site.
  • Stow and unstow equipment to perform various handling tasks.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in crane operation.
  • Five (5) years of experience operating cranes as well as various types of heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, wheel loaders, and tractor-trailers.
  • Valid CCQ crane operator card.
  • Certificate of competence for lifting equipment.
  • Valid class 1 driver's license.
