HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your primary duties will be:

  • Assist the supervisor with inventory management for the Raglan mining site.
  • Help establish and review inventory levels by product and category, manage seasonal fluctuations, and maintain the SAP MM (Material Management) database.
  • Manage inventory requests and hazardous materials.
  • Initiate and analyze inventory counts, as well as guide subcontractors or designated employees during inventory taking.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels at all times to ensure operational continuity and excellent service to internal customers.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies related to non-conformities, in partnership with Accounts Payable, and investigate transaction issues.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) in administration, transportation logistics, or a related field, combined with at least two (2) years of experience in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of the SAP MM enterprise and warehouse management system is required.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
