HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the concentrator's general maintenance foreman, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that stands out for its health and safety results and that is oriented towards new technologies in the mining sector. Your main duties will be:

  • Planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of major projects within the department, while staying within allocated budgets.
  • Contribute to optimizing the performance of the plant’s production equipment by ensuring compliance with equipment installation and operating standards.
  • Develop and monitor equipment maintenance plans while coordinating inspection activities
  • Develop effective methods and tools for managing the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the implementation of requested modifications aimed at optimizing operations, equipment, and health and safety.
  • Monitor major equipment overhauls.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or the equivalent, combined with five (5) years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
  • Have significant experience with SAP PM (SAP Plant Maintenance) and reliability management.
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
