HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the concentrator's general maintenance foreman, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that stands out for its health and safety results and that is oriented towards new technologies in the mining sector. Your main duties will be:
- Supervise the reliability and performance of production equipment.
- Implement, manage, and supervise the entire reliability system of the concentrator maintenance department.
- Perform failure analyses for the concentrator and track actions to increase operational availability or reduce costs.
- Ensure the performance of problematic equipment and propose sustainable solutions.
- Implement tools to improve the preventive maintenance program.
- Establish process management guidelines for the maintenance team and ensure the follow-up of the work in accordance with the deadlines, as well as the standards of the concentrator.
- Participate in the strategic planning of major shutdowns aimed at equipment reliability.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Master the principles of repetitive failure and root cause analysis and have significant experience in preparing planned shutdowns to ensure equipment reliability.
- Significant experience with SAP PM (SAP Plant Maintenance) and reliability management.
- Working knowledge of English is an asset.
