HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Payroll Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the needs of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and various departments at Mine Raglan. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Entering employee time data into SAP.
- Assist in processing payroll for all employees within the prescribed deadlines.
- Process invoices from various suppliers, adhering to deadlines and internal procedures.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in Accounting and Management Techniques or a vocational diploma (DEP) in Accounting, combined with at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP is an asset.
- Membership in the National Payroll Institute is an asset
