HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Senior Risk Management Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the Raglan Mine risk management program, which is designed to help the company achieve its objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with all departments at Mine Raglan to improve the organization’s risk management, particularly in relation to health and safety, the environment, the achievement of financial objectives, reputational and legal issues, etc.
- Facilitating the risk management process across all sectors.
- Participate in ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and in implementing new processes.
- Support and assist the sectors during external audits.
- Analyze trends impacting risk management and issue recommendations.
- Train the sectors and provide direct support to managers in their decision-making process.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in risk management in the mining and/or industrial sector.
- Any experience in workplace health and safety, environmental risk management systems (ISO 14001), or other management systems will be considered.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to apply theoretical concepts in practice, foster remote teamwork, work independently, and plan activities tailored to the specific needs of internal clients
- Working knowledge of English is an asset.
