HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Health Services Supervisor, you will work alongside our team of nurses. You will be responsible for providing counseling and psychosocial support to employees at Raglan Mine.

  • Provide care and follow-up for employees in need of psychological support.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients on-site.
  • Collaborate with the various teams at the mining site to manage different cases.
  • Support the psychosocial integration of new arrivals.
  • Participate in the implementation and promotion of mental health support programs.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology
  • Have 5 years of relevant experience working with local communities
  • Be a member of a recognized professional association
  •  Bilingualism in French and English is essential
  • Working knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
