HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the Chef - Skills Development, you will be responsible for the administrative oversight of training activities and Tamatumani, as well as the document management of agreements and contracts. Your main duties will include:
- Managing, updating, and validating training programs to ensure their accuracy and compliance.
- Produce, analyze, and present reports, statistics, and performance indicators, including financial and compliance reports.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on funding applications, invoicing, and payments from funders, while taking steps to secure additional funding.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate regulatory training, refresher courses, and departmental training, ensuring compliance by employees and contractors.
- Serve as a point of contact for partners, particularly the KRG, and prepare presentations and participate in various committees.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Functional knowledge of both French and English.
