HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the General Foreman – Energetic Production, you will have the opportunity to oversee the maintenance and reliability of power generation equipment. Your primary duties will be:
- Supervise the entire maintenance management system of the power plant department.
- Develop and implement tools to maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program.
- Conduct failure investigations, collaborate in the implementation of actions to improve the performance and safety of the Raglan Mine power generation network.
- Participate in strategic planning concerning the development of the power production network.
- Be responsible for the efficiency of the thermal heating system of the surface installations.
- Follow the execution of the work sites and ensure the quality of the work.
- Work closely with other maintenance sectors to standardize maintenance management practices.
- Ensure compliance with current technical rules and standards.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automated production engineering or any other field deemed relevant.
- Experience in industrial environments, including significant experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Leadership, rigor, autonomy, teamwork and priority management.
- Valid driver's license.
