WORK CONDITION
- Work schedule on irregular rotation according to the needs of the kitchen.
- 11 working hours per day alternating day/night.
HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the production chefs and working in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. You will be responsible for executing cafeteria meals according to pre-established menus. Your main duties will be:
- Prepare and/or cook vegetables, salads, and cold buffets.
- Perform breakfast food preparation.
- Perform daily meal set-ups.
- Provide salad bar supplies and service.
- Offer a quality service in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Manage food storage and preservation.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Vocational diploma in professional cooking.
- Relevant experience in institutional cooking.
- Completed food hygiene and safety training (MAPAQ).
