HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

 Reporting to the Senior Supervisor – Underground Electrical, you will supervise all underground electricians. Your main duties will be:

• Oversee electrical maintenance and installation work on various underground mining equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, motor controls, variable frequency drives, measuring instruments, control valves, LTE communication systems, and remote operation systems).
• Manage sector priorities in compliance with electrical standards.
• Participate in production monitoring and work planning.
• Ensure that health and safety, production, and environmental standards are met.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Hold a college diploma in electrical engineering technology or industrial electronics any other diploma deemed relevant.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Hold a valid electrical qualification certificate and driver's license, in addition to a general explosives permit.
• Have completed mining module training (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7).
• Working knowledge of both French and English is an asset
