We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Compliance Operations Officer to become part of our corporate compliance team in Baar, Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate across corporate, regional and local compliance teams to support and enhance the Group’s Ethics and Compliance Programme (GECP). You will help lead key projects, optimise processes, and ensure the consistent implementation of compliance standards aligned with the GECP, with sensitivity to regional and local perspectives. The ideal candidate has a solid analytical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
The main tasks and responsibilities include

Support corporate compliance teams in the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of an effective and proportionate compliance programme across the Group.

Collaborate closely with regional compliance teams to:

effectively reconcile corporate and regional perspectives to find synergies and solutions that meet Group requirements.

ensure that concerns and/or questions are escalated and addressed by the appropriate stakeholders; and

support the consistent implementation of the GECP across the regions, while accounting for local nuances.

Partner with various project teams on major system implementations and enhancements, specifically on the design, integration, and rollout of compliance-related features.

Supporting the optimisation of processes, including evaluating how they currently operate in practice, how risk is mitigated by them, where and why they may differ from Group requirements and how alignment, if required, can be reached.

Plan, coordinate, monitor and execute projects, whilst tracking and reporting on progress.

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.

3 - 6 years' relevant work experience within a legal, consultancy, auditing, risk or similar background.

Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Project management, including change management skills, is an advantage.

Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial.

Basic familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to improve efficiency is an advantage.

Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU / EFTA.
