HRIS Data Analyst
Chennai, India.


The HRIS Data Analyst understands SuccessFactors data model and SAP Reporting and Data Analysis tools. Data Analyst can work with SAP Business Data Cloud, People Intelligence, SuccessFactors Reporting to bring detailed and business relevant analysis together with insides and conclusions.


Key Responsibilities
•Deliver HR Data Analysis, Reports and Dashboards
•Be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors data model
•Expert in SAP Data tools incl. Business Data Cloud, People Intelligence.
•Expert level support for HR Analytics and processes
•Solutions interfaces management
•Authorizations concept for Global Reporting
•Communication with business process owners
•Communication with Global HR community
•HR solutions architecture maintenance
•Solutions/changes documentation

What we’re looking for
For the HR Solution Manager position

Expertise
•Experience of at least 3 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional teamwork or similar function.
Knowledge and Skills
•Process oriented way of thinking as well as an analytical way of working. Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player with cultural sensitivity.
•Knowledge of state-of-the-art HR-IT tools and SAP HR and SuccessFactors skills.
•Familiarity with common business tools like O365.
•Project management and English skills.
