We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to lead operational excellence across the Human Resources function in Office in Mexico, supporting all employees based there from Commercial and Corporate teams. Providing leadership and support in Human Resources related matters such as recruitment, employee development, employment relations, administration, compliance, and special projects to support the business goals and cultivate a high-performing team environment. Ensuring that the appropriate annual plans and programs are in place for the development of skills and expertise both today and in the future to support the changing needs of the business.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Provide expert HR advice on all employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company values, internal policies, and applicable employment legislation.

Ensure that all HR administrative functions carried out by the global HR services team comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the global HR services teams to ensure accurate input and maintenance of employee records in accordance with data protection regulations and company standards.

In partnership with the global Talent Acquisition team, support the end‑to‑end recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent.

Identify and support the implementation of fit-for-purpose Learning and Development programs, leveraging group initiatives where appropriate. Lead the deployment and promotion of the global learning platform, Advance, in Mexico.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, improvement plans and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent, and respectful approach aligned with company values and legal requirements.

Oversee the accurate and timely submission of internal and external HR reports, audits, and regulatory filings as required.

Roll out performance management processes, tools, and resources, ensuring they are applied consistently.

Support Organizational Change Management by facilitating restructurings and organizational change.

Partner with line managers to implement development solutions—such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession planning—while actively encouraging employee participation in shaping their growth.

Drive culture and transformation initiatives that support and reinforce the department’s alignment with broader group initiatives.

Monitor legislative changes and continually review and update policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.

8 - 10 years’ experience in in a relevant generalist HR environment, preferably with Corporate Office exposure.

Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
