We are looking for a Coupa Supplier and Risk Projects Coordinator to roll out and optimize supplier risk initiatives within Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa Risk Assess (CRA), support change management, and ensure compliance programs deliver real-world impact while building your skills in project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

In this role you will support the development and implementation of new supplier risk, compliance, and sustainability programs within Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa Risk Assess (CRA). You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering new initiatives focused on Health, Safety, Environment & Community (HSEC), Information Technology (IT) Security, Environmental Compliance, and Responsible Sourcing.

Working under the direction of the Coupa Supplier and Risk Manager, you will partner with global and regional stakeholders to design, test, and deploy new supplier risk workflows, assessments, and reporting capabilities within the CRA platform. You will ensure these programs align with Glencore’s global compliance framework and business objectives, providing tactical project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and system configuration support.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the rollout of supplier risk programs in Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa Risk Assess, covering HSEC, IT Risk, Environmental, and Responsible Sourcing

  • Support the design and configuration of forms, questionnaires, scoring models, and approval workflows aligned with internal policies

  • Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into practical SIM/CRA processes in collaboration with subject matter experts

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for new SIM/CRA initiatives

  • Monitor progress, risks, and scope to ensure timely and effective project delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Coupa, Boomi, integration vendors) to support implementation

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and stakeholder validation prior to program launches

  • Act as a liaison between functional teams and Coupa technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented

  • Support change management through clear communications, user documentation, and training materials

  • Support functional, integration, and regression testing, including deployment to Production environments

  • Contribute to dashboards and metrics to monitor supplier compliance and risk trends

  • Identify improvement opportunities to streamline supplier assessments and ensure alignment with Responsible Sourcing and compliance standards

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Environmental Management, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier risk, sustainability, HSEC, or compliance program coordination

  • Experience with Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa Risk Assess or similar supplier risk and compliance platforms is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience supporting system implementations or program rollouts

  • Solid understanding of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes

  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and geographies

  • Basic understanding of data integrations and enterprise systems (e.g., Boomi, SAP)

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Coupa Analytics, or Excel dashboards

  • Proficient in organizing tasks to handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Articulate in both written and verbal forms, demonstrating proficient stakeholder management and effective problem resolution abilities

Our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting system implementations or program rollouts

  • Solid understanding of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes

  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and geographies

  • Basic understanding of data integrations and enterprise systems (e.g., Boomi, SAP)

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Coupa Analytics, or Excel dashboards

  • Proficient in organizing tasks to handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Articulate in both written and verbal forms, demonstrating proficient stakeholder management and effective problem resolution abilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written)

  • The knowledge of French, Spanish or German is beneficial.

  • Travel will be required from time to time.
