Lead and coach a team of Data Engineers, Integration Analysts, and AI specialists.
-
Provide practical technical guidance, code/design reviews, and mentoring to uplift team capability.
-
Encourage a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Support workload planning, prioritisation, and execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Act as the primary technical point of contact for HR Technology stakeholders and delivery partners.
-
Collaborate closely with global Technical SMEs, product owners, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment.
-
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
-
Capture and map end-to-end business processes and data flows to support solution design and governance.
Governance, Quality & Compliance
-
Ensure data solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, and data governance.
-
Facilitate disciplined delivery with modern engineering and delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
-
Ensure seamless integration with service management and operational support frameworks.
What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
-
Years of experience 10 -15 Years.
-
Strong experience coordinating technical work across multiple roles and streams

Practical knowledge of cloud data ecosystems and an eagerness to deepen expertise – preference for Azure, while experience with AWS, GCP, Snowflake or similar is also valuable
-
Good grasp of the data product lifecycle – from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing operations
-
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into robust, well-documented data solution
-
Background in integrations, data workflows, or enterprise automation
-
Effective communication and partnership skills to act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery groups
-
