The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Mill Shift Supervisor to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations.
This is a full-time, permanent, staff position.
Range of Pay: $119,000 to $133,000 (includes annual variable compensation bonus).
This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.
Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Mill Operations GF, the Mill Shift Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of production personnel so that budgetary targets are met or exceeded regarding safety and health, production, metallurgical and quality performance, and environmental compliance.

Education and Skills
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership abilities and communication skills as well as process troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously. This role requires a solid understanding of plant operations and metallurgical principles to effectively support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
