About the role
Murrin Murrin Operations provides mechanical engineers with the opportunity to work across both large-scale mining equipment and a complex mineral processing facility. The operation includes extensive mechanical infrastructure ranging from mining fleets and materials handling systems through to high pressure autoclaves, pumps, agitators and other critical plant equipment.
Working a FIFO 8/6 roster on-site, Mechanical engineering graduates will gain hands-on experience supporting asset reliability, maintenance strategies and engineering projects across the operation. Working with experienced maintenance and engineering teams, graduates develop strong practical engineering capability while contributing to the safe and reliable operation of a large and technically complex processing plant. The program commences in February 2027.

About You
- Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or similar (prior to commencement)
- Strong interest in asset reliability, maintenance and mechanical systems within mining and processing
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with operational and maintenance teams
- High level of computer literacy, including maintenance systems and engineering tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a willingness to learn
- Willingness and ability to work in a remote FIFO environment
