About the role
Murrin Murrin Operations operates a large and technically sophisticated processing plant supported by extensive electrical infrastructure across both mining and processing areas. Electrical engineers at Murrin Murrin work across high voltage power distribution systems, large motor installations, process control systems and critical plant infrastructure that supports continuous mineral processing operations.

Working a FIFO 8/6 roster on-site, Electrical engineering graduates will gain exposure to the design, reliability and maintenance of electrical systems that support a complex hydrometallurgical processing plant. Working alongside experienced engineers and operational teams, graduates will contribute to improving plant reliability, supporting electrical projects and maintaining the infrastructure that powers one of the world’s largest nickel and cobalt processing operations. The program commences in February 2027.

About You
  • Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or similar (prior to commencement)
  • Strong interest in power systems, control systems and industrial electrical applications
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to engineering standards
  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams
  • High level of computer literacy, including engineering software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a practical environment
  • Willingness and ability to work in a remote FIFO environment
