The Role
The successful candidate will join a dedicated and collaborative team, providing expert guidance on cultural heritage management and supporting operational decision-making to minimise heritage risk, ensure compliance with statutory and agreement obligations, and strengthen relationships with Traditional Owner groups and key stakeholders.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
- Implement Cultural Heritage Management Plans and oversee compliance across site operations
- Review and approve all land clearing and ground disturbing activities to ensure heritage protection
- Identify, communicate and manage cultural heritage risks to minimise operational impacts
- Utilise GIS and heritage systems to support land access planning and site protection
- Coordinate Native Title agreement obligations, ensuring delivery, tracking and compliance reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with Traditional Owners, PBCs, government and key stakeholders
- Lead culturally appropriate stakeholder engagement, consultation and issue resolution processes
- Support heritage surveys, data management, reporting, safety, environmental and quality compliance initiatives
About You

You will also have:
- Proven experience in cultural heritage and/or Native Title management within the resources sector
- Experience supporting agreement implementation, compliance tracking and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of WA cultural heritage legislation and best practice management
- Experience managing heritage registers, spatial data and compliance tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate heritage surveys and work with Traditional Owner groups
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management with Aboriginal communities
- Ability to communicate effectively across operational teams and external stakeholders
