The Role
This role will suit a hardworking, adaptable and proactive operator ready to lead a small crew, ideally with proven previous experience in a crushing or mineral processing environment. Leading a close-knit crew of four, you will coordinate daily tasks and ensure the safe, efficient operation of the crushing plant, whilst safely carrying out the below duties:.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a small crew to achieving safety and production targets
• Operation and oversight of ROM Loader, Control Room and Crushing Circuit monitoring/maintenance.
• Statutory Supervisor duties including Workplace inspections, shift handover and incident reporting.

About You
Reporting directly to the Crushing Supervisor this role would suit a detailed and process oriented person with experience in a Mining environment. 

You will ideally have:

• WA issued Statutory Supervisor S26 Certificate 
• A strong analytical mind with the ability to problem solve, identify trends and think logically;
• Current and valid HR Driver's License 
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Unlimited work rights in Australia and
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical (Including Drug & Alcohol Screening).
