The Role

The Project Services Administrator provides essential administrative and logistical support to project teams at our Murrin Murrin Operation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with site standards and statutory obligations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate FIFO travel and ROE for the Projects Department
  • Maintain and update project rosters, including swing changes, extensions and demobilisations
  • Liaise with camp providers, and mobilisation teams to resolve travel issues
  • Ensure roster compliance with site fatigue management and workforce policies
  • Manage all facets of contractor onboarding including site inductions, medicals and all necessary verifications
  • Maintain mobilisation and demobilisation registers
  • Maintain project workforce registers, labour hours supporting and cost code alignment
  • Prepare mobilisation schedules and weekly workforce forecasts
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement and act as the central point of contact for Project Managers and Engineers, HSE and external contract providers
  • Utilise site systems for document control and reporting, and travel and roster management


About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in project services, site administration or mobilisation within the resource industry.


You will also have

  • A strong understanding of FIFO logistics and roster management
  • Experience coordinating contractor compliance and site access
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Competency with MS Office and site systems
  • Experience on a nickel refinery or processing plant (desirable)
  • Familiarity with WA mining legislation an site protocols
