Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Capital Projects Coordinator to join our established and dedicated team.

The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for the operational day-to-day management of Capital projects within safety, timing and budget parameters.
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the safe execution of maintenance projects at Murrin Murrin Operations
- Providing information and input to engineering personnel who execute projects during the process of approval, design, preparation of scopes and specifications, tendering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations
- Acting as the site interface between MMO and various installation contractors during the implementation stage of projects
- Liaising closely with operations customers to ensure that any project execution plans are facilitated at plant level
- Communicating project progress toward completion and costs against agreed budgets with the relevant OMT Teams
- Facilitating projects, while heeding personnel and industrial relations issues
- Providing substantive input into the preparation of projects and commissioning schedules
- Supervising and coordinate various project construction groups and operations personnel on designated projects
About You
This role would suit a Capital Projects Coordinator with an extensive mechanical or construction background.
You will also have:
- A Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Extensive mechanical/construction trade background
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in the above field
- Experience in managing costs and budgeting
- Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas
- High level understanding of all relevant legislation relevant to role in the mining industry in WA
