The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Site Controller to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations.
This is a full-time, permanent, staff position.
Range of Pay: $153,000 to $162,000 (includes annual variable compensation bonus).
This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.
Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities:
The Site Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial management and performance of designated site(s) and/or administrative departments, working closely with the Site Director and leadership team to ensure financial integrity, profitability, and long-term sustainability. As a key member of the operational leadership team, the Site Controller provides strategic financial insight, leads budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting, and ensures financial resources are aligned with operational priorities.
The position supports value optimization and ongoing improvement through data-informed decisions, cost control, and accountability for financial goals, while maintaining compliance with corporate policies, IFRS standards, and governance requirements. The position directly supervises one OCT employee and may coordinate the work of additional accounting resources shared within the Finance Department, while providing coaching and guidance to operations staff on accounting concepts, policies, and procedures.

Education and Skills
This role requires a university degree, a CPA credential, and a minimum of five years of experience in senior accounting positions, as well as well-developed analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. The role requires the ability to work effectively with site senior management and multiple mine and processing facilities to identify opportunities, resolve issues, improve operational performance, and support business goals.
