The Role

We’re looking for Experienced Operators to join our underground team. This is more than a job — it’s a pathway to career growth with hands‑on work, the latest mining technology and a team that will help you progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and effectively operate and/or maintain machinery to a standard and quality required to meet target outputs.

  • Be a motivated and positive team player and contribute to team results.

  • Comply with all Health & Safety requirements

  • Attend monthly training days.

  • Comply with the Mine Operating System within your area of responsibility.

You’ll succeed if you have

  • Underground Coal Mining experience.

  • Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices. 

  • Good communication skills and a team‑first attitude. 

  • Ability to obtain any site‑specific mining certifications and medicals required.

  • Based at Ulan West, about a 45min drive from Mudgee, NSW.

  • Availability of Primary and High Schools in the area

  • 3.5 hours to Newcastle and Sydney

  • Rosters available include

    • Mid-week Day

    • Mid-week Afternoon
