The Ulan Complex is comprised of Ulan Underground Mine, Ulan West Mine, and Ulan Surface Operations. The Complex has two established, efficient, and high production underground longwall coal mining operation in the western coalfields of NSW. With state-of-the-art mining equipment and the latest technologies, we are leading exporters in thermal coal whilst currently operating on a five-day production roster.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide support to our Health, Safety and Training business function. You will assist internal and external stakeholders in a hands-on and proactive administration role.

Is this the right opportunity for you?

  • Experience in providing high level of administrative support service

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • High attention to detail

  • High energy, enthusiastic team player with strong personal communication skills

  • Experience using SAP and or CMO

  • Highly desirable previous experience in mining

 

Would you get job satisfaction from?

  • Maintaining accurate and timely information in system databases

  • Data entry of actions into CMO, Ideagen and SAP

  • Managing SharePoint (Document Control)

  • Managing Contractor inductions

  • Providing administration support to HST functions

  • Participation in continuous improvement projects
