Job Description

Expressions of interest are currently being sought for experienced Mechanical, Auto Electrical and Electrical tradespeople to fill crew positions in the Maintenance Department at Hunter Valley Operations.

Working on a variety of equipment to keep the operation running smoothly and reduce downtime. Diagnose equipment faults and repair in accordance with OEM requirements & site processes. Provide routine maintenance & breakdown support to the HVO fleet.

About You
  • Relevant trade qualification

  • Mining Equipment OEM Training and experience

  • Open Cut Coal Mining experience (desirable)

  • Experience with Operational Technology (OT) Systems (Desirable)

  • Demonstrated exposure to computerised maintenance management systems and knowledge of SAP (desirable)

  • Prioritise safe work and follow “No Plan-No Work” policies, and procedures

  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment

  • A current and valid manual Australian Driver’s licence
