  • Supporting leaders with systems and documentation
  • Providing support to the health team, including injury management processes

About you:

You are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy and data integrity are critical to safety outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar HST, safety systems, or high-level administrative role (mining or heavy industry preferred)
  • Strong capability in managing data and systems, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality records and reporting in a safety-critical environment
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across site
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach, with a willingness to support operational teams
  • Experience with systems such as CMO, Damstra, Ideagen, or similar, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
