Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Superintendent to join our dynamic and successful Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this multifaceted role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Leading the site procurement team overseeing the purchasing and warehouse management functions.
- Implementing and maintaining supply policies and procedures that align with corporate requirements and are practical in their application.
- Providing technical guidance to maintenance activities to ensure high standards.
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
Your ability to effectively manage a team, identify improvements, and engage with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
About You
We are seeking a professional with:
- A commitment to maintaining a high level of safety performance and positive workplace culture.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- A minimum of five years' experience in procurement and warehouse management within the mining industry.
- A developed understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired but not essential).
