We are looking for an experienced CHPP Electrician to join our team. Reporting to the CHPP Shift Supervisor, our CHPP Electrician will perform operational activities making sure CHPP production targets are met by maximising plant throughput and minimising downtime whilst demonstrating a strong commitment to health, safety and the environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Delivering safe and efficient electrical maintenance support to the coal handling and processing plant assets.

Performing electrical fault finding and diagnostics work at the CHPP.

Inspect, maintain and repair electrical fixed plant in accordance with AS3000 and relevant legislation.

Maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
About you:
-
Relevant trade qualifications.

5+ years’ experience in fixed plant operations.

High Voltage competency and experience (highly regarded)

Demonstrated knowledge of coal processing.

Previous experience in coal handling and processing plants.

Excellent Organisational skills and with the ability to multitask.

Ability to liaise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Show motivation with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.

Have attention to detail and high interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
