Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. With a long life of mine and low operating costs, the mine has a bright outlook. Job DescriptionAbout the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Training Administrator
to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Health, Safety & Training team and reporting directly to the Training Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

Point of contact for all inquiries to the Training Department
-
Provide technical and administrative support to the Training Department
-
Ensuring resources for training courses are available (training rooms, kitchen supplies, connectivity to screens for Trainers, attendance forms etc.)

Capture and enter information into training databases daily
-
Filing and archiving of hard copy records
-
Order and purchase department office stationery and other office consumables
-
Critical point of contact on site for Workday, Ideagen and Power BI databases
-
Onboarding of Employees and Contractors
-
Manage training room bookings
-
Manage department visitor passes
-
Manage department accommodation bookings
-
Manage department SAP Workflows:
-
Raise purchase requisitions
-
Manage purchase orders & vendor payments in SAP
-
Compete all service entry sheets and accruing each month
-
Track spend against budget
-
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legislation, and company procedures
-
Participate in safety activities and audits as required
-
Maintain and audit training records and documentation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Experience working in an administrative role in heavy industry or similar
-
High levels of both written and verbal Communication skills
-
High levels of skill in electronic media including the Microsoft suite of programmes, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
-
High levels of skill and experience in SAP including raising purchase requisitions and completing service entry sheets
-
Ability to work in a high pressure and ambiguous environment
-
Always uphold a high level of confidentiality
