Job Description
About the Role
-
Ensure all electrical maintenance tasks in the CHPP are completed on time and to a high standard

Respond to all breakdowns, shutdowns and major overhauls with urgency and resource appropriately
-
Support direct reports to deliver high quality maintenance works that reduce breakdowns and improve reliability of assets

Provide valuable contributions and guidance to direct reports and instill ownership across the teams

Effectively supervise and instruct teams to meet planned outcomes and hold accountable to expected standards of behaviour and performance

Monitor tasks to ensure they are undertaken in a safe manner and comply with applicable policies, plans and procedures

Lead by example and provide clear, visible direction to achieve a safe and performance orientated work environment

Investigate equipment related failures, and coordinate remedial actions to address the root cause

Based on site at HVO North Site (off Lemington Road)
About You
-
An Electrical trade qualification (essential)
-
Minimum 5 years supervision experience in the CHPP maintenance environment or similar role
-
Demonstrated problem solving abilities and drive to positively influence others to deliver outcomes
-
Safety conscious, prepared to challenge the norm and drive continuous improvement whilst striving to achieve Zero Harm
-
Ability to coach CHPP employees to achieve a high degree of work standards through effective leadership
-
A working knowledge of the SAP PM module (advantageous)

Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve deadlines
