Job Description

Reporting to the Production Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for the shifts data collection and validation to ensure the high integrity of records and reporting.

About the Role

  • Key focus on delivering production results safely, in line with mine plans and priorities

  • Monitor fleet movements in real time, allocating equipment to meet production targets, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of the mine plan.

  • Use fleet management systems to track haulage performance, identify delays or bottlenecks, and communicate directly with operators and supervisors.

Roster and Location

  • Flexibility required to work any crew and roster pattern (lifestyle rotating day/night roster or 4 panel rotating day/night roster)

  • Based on site at HVO

About You

  • A comprehensive understanding of fleet management, optimisation and reporting

  • Committed to continuous improvement and have a genuine desire to influence the success of mining operations and technology

  • Previous experience with real-time fleet management systems at large scale mining operators

  • Motivated individual with excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • High level computer literacy with the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities

  • Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously as required
