Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing a team and providing assistance to key stakeholders regarding management of the end-to-end procurement cycle, including but not limited to, the identification of cost savings opportunities, development of sourcing strategies, negotiation and execution of contracts and the management of ongoing supplier relationships and contract value delivery across our business. Additionally, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, develop and support a team.
About you:

High school certificate or equivalent.

Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

3+ years’ experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or procurement role, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry

Experience using ERP systems for procurement and inventory management (SAP)
Desirable:
-
Knowledge of mining-related equipment, parts, and consumables.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control.
