Job Description
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to our OCEs and Step Up Supervisors to meet production and operational targets whilst maintaining a high level of safety.
About the Role

Provide leadership and support to mining supervisors on shift

Strive to achieve both daily and weekly production targets whilst maintaining a high level of safety

Ensure compliance with all HSEC and legislative requirements

Coach employees to achieve a high standard in all tasks

Demonstrate a commitment to and reinforce company values

Based on site at HVO South (off Golden Highway)
About You
-
Motivated individual, that is able to lead, direct and hold accountable a large crew of both Supervisors and Operators

Possess an Open Cut Examiners ticket
-
Extensive supervisory experience ideally in a senior role in the mining environment
-
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver a clear message and influence effectively
-
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
