What are we looking for?

We are seeking self-motivated and experienced Dozer / Excavator Operators to join our winning team. The positions would be permanent full time, working a lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

As a Mining Operator, you will be responsible for:

• The safe and efficient operation of heavy mobile equipment.

• Performing the full range of mining tasks to meet production targets in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Working with people who share a continuous improvement focus to achieve production targets in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.

• Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and

• Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• An experienced operator with a dozer / excavator skill.

• A strong team player with a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.

• Someone who demonstrates self-leadership, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to working proactively and effectively.

• Able to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
